However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation may be requested. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation of Orders Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed but before the delivery has been dispatched, cancellation requests are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. This fee is necessary to cover the costs incurred in the preparation and processing of your order.

2. Cancellation of Orders After Shipment

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched for delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. After the item(s) have been refused at delivery and once we have received the returned product in its original condition, we will process the refund. The amount credited to your account will be the full payment minus the shipping charges and the 30% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payments

Once the payment has been made by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Visitor") for availing of any services or meal plans through the Calorie Cultt platform, the payment is non-refundable. Visitors will not have the right to cancel and request a refund for any payments made, whether or not the Visitor avails of the services, unless explicitly agreed to by Calorie Cultt.

2. Cancellation within the First 5 Days

Visitors may be entitled to a partial refund if they cancel their meal plan within the first 5 days of the start of their subscription. Such cancellations will be subject to applicable processing and cancellation fees, as outlined below.

• A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
• The refund processing may take up to 2 weeks.

3. Cancellation After the Initial 5 Days

If a Visitor requests a cancellation after the initial 5 days of the meal plan, Calorie Cultt may, at its sole discretion, honor such requests. The following terms apply to cancellations after the first 5 days:

• A minimum of 2 weeks is required to process the refund.
• A 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the payment for the remaining duration of the meal plan.
• The remaining balance, if any, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded to the Visitor. Alternatively, the remaining balance can be transferred to another customer as per the Visitor’s request.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, Calorie Cultt will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

5. Transfer of Subscription

In lieu of cancellation, Visitors may opt to transfer the remaining duration of their meal plan to another person. In such cases, the Visitor must provide written confirmation of the transfer request, and the necessary changes will be made without any additional charges.

General Terms

1. Right to Deny Refund

Calorie Cultt reserves the right to deny any refund or cancellation requests in circumstances where the Visitor has violated the terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activities.

2. Changes to Policy

Calorie Cultt may modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and customers are advised to review the policy periodically.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this refund policy shall be subject to the applicable laws in India and resolved under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
